Although I’ve lived in California since the early 1970’s, I hail originally from Chicago Illinois and Villanova Pennsylvania.

I’ve lived in Santa Monica since 1989. I own a property in Santa Monica and am, thus, a Santa Monica Property Taxpayer (I feel your pain).
 I began with Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage in the early 1980’s, and with Residential Brokerage in the early 1990’s. I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 1997. My extensive real estate experience, both administrative and brokerage, gives me a unique perspective and unparalleled experience in ALL aspects of the real estate transaction. This enables me to see the ‘deal’ through, from inception to closing.

I specialize in Santa Monica, but have done business in such far off places as Malibu, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Venice and even Marina del Rey! I pride myself in providing a truly exceptional level of service for my clients. I dedicate 100 percent of my time and energies to providing service for my clients. I do not knock on stranger’s doors, call them up at dinner-time or devote the enormous amount of time which this soliciting of business requires.
